great variety luxurious touch specific room

the breakfast selection was great!!! i loved the variety, including omelette options and tasty porridge. having the option of a sauna and jacuzzi added a luxurious touch to my stay. the staff accommodated my request for a specific room with a tub by the window, awesome.

the breakfast buffet has many options, with fresh pastries and local cheeses available. i like that the room included a nespresso machine. the location was very convenient. nearby attractions was easily accessible by foot.

the shower pressure wasn't very strong.

good location helpful staff tasty choice basement room sewer smell garbage area

the location was quite good for my short visit. the staff seemed helpful. the breakfast had tasty choices.

i found the premium room to be located in the basement. it was near the kitchen, near the hotel's garbage. a sewer smell came from the drains in the bathtub. it was pretty bad.

the breakfast selection seemed fairly good.

My stay felt quite disappointing. the room i got did not look anything like what i booked. it was a small, sad room without even a proper bathroom. The price felt unfair for what i experienced. there was a SIGNIFICANT difference.

Breakfast includes varied options. The staff was kind. Free water was provided daily. The location near the castle proved convenient. I appreciated the details. I find the room clean. The hotel design is interesting. I liked my stay.

I noticed limited storage space in the room. There wasn't enough room for my belongings. I recommend better storage options.

insufficient ac subpar cleaning

The location was acceptable. It was close to transportation.

I was assigned room 18. The curtains did NOT cover the window completely. The AC function was INSUFFICIENT. The cleaning was subpar, especially considering the price I paid.

Charming Hotel close to Main Attractions

perfect location quality food pleasant stay

The location was perfect, near the castle and major attractions. Breakfast included a wonderful selection and high-quality food, a GREAT way to start the day. The staff scheduled airport transfers for me. It made traveling much easier. I had a very safe and pleasant stay overall.

the absence of tea and coffee replenishment in my room was disappointing.
